Blo | Blow Dry Bar

...On the same day of my visit to Hush Couture, I stopped by the newest outpost of Blo, in the Four Seasons Hotel. The Vancouver-based chain was among the first to offer a 30-minute “wash, blow, go” session (no scissors, no colour on the premises) two years ago, with the “Red Carpet” service remaining the most popular menu item. Co-founder Devon Brooks refers to the space as a mini-bar because it features four stations instead of the typical eight. Already, women have booked standing appointments throughout the festival (a package of eight treatments costs $227, tax included)....
