Air Force - A blowout takes hair from pedestrian to polished
Blo, Vancouver/Toronto - Canada's first blow dry bar now has three locations in Vancouver, including the posh Yaletown. After opening it's first Toronto outpost last month, Blo will unveil another at the Four Seasons Hotel Toronto in time to cater to celebs visiting for the film festival.
