Whether you're a Hair Cadet or a Blo team member, you'll come for the hair but you'll keep coming back because of the vibe and culture. Our staff are always laughing (not because of the hair spray) and our Hair Cadets love how they feel in our bars and dig interacting with the brand.

We even have our own Blocabulary. Study up, there's a quiz later:

Hair Cadet

The affectionate term we use to refer to the luscious lock-lusting women that walk through our bar doors. This person has racked up more frequent dryer miles than you can imagine.

Blo Bro

A dude that, like, digs dryers.

Blo Out

We aren't referring to a red tag sale at K-Mart; a Blo Out is just another way of referring to a styling session or the act of getting, well blown. Blo Hair Cadets have a choice of seven styles, or blo outs.
