Christmas is easily my favorite time of year. Weeks before it is socially acceptable, I turn into a six year old girl and spend a good month and a half humming carols, oogling ornament displays, baking cookies, making gifts and giggling every time I see that eggnog is back in the dairy aisle at the supermarket.

I started making an annual Christmas Mix for friends and family seven or eight years ago, which was both very thoughtful and a devious way of making sure that there was Christmas music playing in every car or house I was in for most of December. You could say that this mix for BLO is the result of eight years of hard work compiling the very best holiday tunes....
