Cindy Who?: Do you sometimes need a little kick start? Maybe your business or brand needs a powerful voice? Cindy Willick comes to the rescue. As a motivational speaker, she tells your story and makes sure it's heard – loud and clear, ya heard?

Y-Beyond Pink?: Incredible things happen when women get together – especially for intentional dialogue.

What is your go-to 'Power Suit'?: I’m more of the 'Pleasure Suit' type. What is a Pleasure Suite? I prefer to wear jeans, a beautiful top, boots and a classy jacket and scarf. Power Suits are not my style. Or wearing a beautiful dress with heels or a boots brings me pleasure too. Being in business doesn’t mean you have to revert to a suit; but, if you love suits – or you must – then go for it!

What's your take on a business women having a 'blah' days?: Being an entrepreneur is not easy. Especially, the first few years when you are doing everything yourself: visioning, creating, marketing, program development, delivery and sales. Kayaking, a walk along the sea wall, kundalini yoga, dancing my butt off to a 80's song in my home office (hello, we LOVE dance parties, can we be invited!?), meeting up with a friend or colleague to brainstorm together or simply laugh it off is how I do my best to get through it. If all the above doesn’t work, a green ginger tea and chocolate chip cookie with a cheesy chick flick goes a long way too!

Y-blo on a business day: Last year, I popped into blo for the first time and wow, – I had no idea I could look that glam on 'a regular day'. My blo session was fun, creative, and I was in and out in no time.

Best business lady perk: Working with North American clients via Skype... because, I have been travelling and living in Australia last year for 9 months! Hmm, maybe we need a blo Down Under, mate?

Sisterhood of the Travelling Pants. Spill it: I have danced naked on top of a mountain peak with my best friend! At the end of the each day, it’s not about achieving a massive goal because that experience lasts for a moment. It’s about friendship, giving back, the experiences we choose to live and learn from and the view we allow ourselves to take in when we pause to look around. And then it’s about celebrating who we are right now and where we are. So, dance naked next time you are gallivanting on mountains tops.
If you weren't in the position you are in today, where would you be?: Hosting The Lonely Planet’s outdoor adventure travel show around the world, working as an Ayurvedic doctor or living in Australia surfing the waves and raising wee surfers and rugrats.
