Y-blo?: For me, blo is all about the experience. It can be a 9am meeting or a girl's night out – whenever my hair needs to be fly, blo gets me red carpet ready!

Y-Beyond Pink?: I attended the conference last year and the best part was being surrounded by like-minded individuals. I am constantly challenged to do my best while growing friendships – we all went bungee jumping in May! The All-Male panel is where you'll find me. The men spilling the juicy deets about women in the business world...how can you miss it?

This is one Hair Cadet who makes the honour roll, every time.
