According to www.thebeat.com:

"Polo Molina, a tour manager for the Black Eyed Peas, has been charged with assault, after he allegedly gave Perez a black eye outside a nightclub, following the MMVAS Sunday night.

Molina turned himself in, after police threatened to hold the Peas in Toronto until the mess got cleared up.

According to Perez, this all started after Will.I.Am told Perez to stop writing about the band on his website."
